Easter Celebration

Introduction

This year's school Easter Celebration is located in GKI Anugerah. The duration was about 2 hours and 30 minutes. 

Flow of the Celebration

We actually begin the celebration with a short practice because we were going to sing some songs that we didn't know. Then, we began the real celebration. First of all, we watched a short clip about how Jesus sacrificed his life for us. Then, we sang few songs together. After that, there was a drama.

Service From the Pastor

Sathya Sai Baba

Bible

First of all, we read the bible. After that, he told us many things. He told us that Jesus was real. He was dead and he ressurected. The evidence was that no one have found his tomb. He also told us about Sathya Sai Baba. He is a person that is able to perform miracles like Jesus. The pastor had an experience where he talked with a person that believed in Sai Baba. She told him about her experience where she was ill and was cured after visiting Sai Baba. But we can conclude that Sai Baba wasn't like Jesus. Sai Baba didn't ressurect after his death. The pastor also taught us to help others. From his experience, he helped a lost dog that didn't seem that someone owned the dog. He brought the dog to his house and took care of the dog. As a result, the dog was very loyal to the pastor. 

Ending

After listening to the pastor, we prayed together.
